Muon Response in Projective Geometry Configurations of the ATLAS Tile Calorimeter Test Beam / Williams, Miranda Michelle (University of Texas at Arlington (US)) /ATLAS Collaboration
The Tile Calorimeter, the central hadronic calorimeter of the ATLAS experiment, is in the process of being upgraded for the upcoming High Luminosity – Large Hadron Collider (HL-LHC). The Tile Calorimeter test beam set-up in the North Experiment Area at CERN Super Proton Synchrotron is used to test electronics and software for the HL-LHC upgrade of the calorimeter. [...]

Evidence for longitudinally polarized W bosons in the electroweak production of same-sign W boson pairs in association with two jets with the ATLAS detector / Stange, Max Vincent (Technische Universitaet Dresden (DE)) /ATLAS Collaboration
One of the most interesting processes for probing electroweak symmetry breaking is the scattering of longitudinally polarized vector bosons. This talk presents the ATLAS analysis of the longitudinal polarization state in same-charged W boson scattering. [...]

Results for prompt dark sector mediators from ATLAS / Franchellucci, Stefano (Universite de Geneve (CH)) /ATLAS Collaboration
The presence of a non-baryonic Dark Matter (DM) component in the Universe is inferred from the observation of its gravitational interaction. If Dark Matter interacts weakly with the Standard Model (SM) it could be produced at the LHC. [...]

Charm physics results from ATLAS experiment / Li, Hui (Tsinghua University (CN)) /ATLAS Collaboration
ATLAS experiment, while not being a dedicated detector for flavour physics, provides great opportunities for studying beauty and charm hadron production and spectroscopy when using their decays with muons in final state. This presentation will cover the recent results on production of charmonium states and open charm hadrons as well as searches for exotic states in charm sector..

The environmental impact, carbon and sustainability of computing in the ATLAS experiment / Marshall, Zach (Lawrence Berkeley National Lab. (US)) /ATLAS Collaboration
ATLAS, one of two general-purpose experiments at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), operates a large internationally-distributed computing infrastructure, including over 1 EB of managed data on disk and tape and almost one million simultaneously running CPU cores. Upgrades for the High-Luminosity LHC will increase the required computing resources by a factor of 3–4 by the beginning of the 2030s, and by an order of magnitude before the conclusion of data taking at the beginning of the 2040s. Performance Highlights of the ATLAS Detector / Falda Coelho, Luis (Laboratory of Instrumentation and Experimental Particle Physics (PT)) /ATLAS Collaboration
The ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) continues to deliver high-precision measurements and new physics insights through its extensive dataset collected during Run 2 and the ongoing Run 3. The performance of key detector subsystems, including tracking, calorimetry, and muon detection, plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of physics analyses. [...]

SUSY Highlight Talk: Recent results in electroweak searches for compressed spectra / Ballabene, Eric (Universita e INFN, Bologna (IT)) /ATLAS Collaboration
Supersymmetry (SUSY) models featuring small mass splittings between one or more particles and the lightest neutralino could solve the hierarchy problem as well as offer a suitable dark matter candidate consistent with the observed thermal-relic dark matter density. However, the detection of SUSY higgsinos at the LHC remains challenging especially if their mass-splitting is O(1 GeV) or lower. [...]
